Return Window

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Return

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate your return
  2. Pack your items securely in the original packaging
  3. Ship the package to the address provided by our team
  4. Once received, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we receive your return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift Cards
  • Coffee opened will be considered for return.
  • Sale or clearance items
